  I highly recommend Pamela and her team. I have been a client for several years and they have taken the time to help with various questions and unusual circumstances. With COVID, everyone is feeling the strain. With open communication, the ability to follow up/communicate as needed, NOT in an overbearing way, and understanding, I've been very happy. Thank you!

  If you're looking for professional, competent, timely tax accounting services look elsewhere. We provided our tax information to Pamela on January 25th of this year. After checking in no less than three times with them to make sure our taxes would be completed in a timely fashion, we checked in with them once again (now 2 days before the tax deadline) only to be informed that they hadn't started them! Jackie, Pamela's secretary seems to have no ability to communicate with her boss much less an understanding of the work they do there. I've worked with numerous tax professionals in both a business and person financial capacity and this is by far the worst experience of so call tax "advisors". We took our business elsewhere and I strongly caution anyone else to do the same.

  We are sorry that you feel that way. This tax season was unlike any in our 30 year history. Our industry has been bogged down with the many COVID related stimulus IRS tax changes and other tax law changes that have impacted our clients tax returns through this specific tax filing season, which has caused many delays in tax preparation due to the waiting on finalized forms from the IRS and lack of government communications. It is a very unprecedented time for tax accountants this year -- again, something that we have never encountered in our 30 years of dedicated experience. While almost all of our clients did not experience any change in delays or service due to their specific tax filing forms and IRS delayed release form dates. Others (although a very small percentage) had to exhibit greater than usual patience during our efforts to receive the changes from the IRS, and interpret them for the benefit of their tax outcomes specifically this year. We do not foresee another pandemic in the future, so the process of IRS procedures should go back to one that we are familiar with in the future as the IRS continues catches up on their end. We are confident that tax seasons, beginning next season, will be normal again.. A public forum is not an area for us to discuss the confidential matters of your specific tax return that related to this, as it pertains to the above communication.
