  Ive been banking with Unico since 2006, back when they stayed open til 7pm (which is the reason I opted to bank with Unico) very sufficient up until about 2013, 14 and 15 right about when they started closing at 5pm the tellers' (lobby AND drive-thru) attitude and consideration for customers completely went to hell. They were literally the rudest people I've ever had to deal with, they'd argue with you with no apology when proven wrong and not only would they close early, they have locked the doors 5 minutes early while steadily watching me get outta truck and walk towards them. This is referring to Kennett branch only! But the last couple of years they have really spun back around. It's been at least 5 years of the best services you could possibly expect from a bank, would recommend to anyone!!

Please note our branch office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm in the lobby, Monday - Thursdays 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to noon in the drive-up at our Kennett location.

  I have recently had to store items in 9 of their largest safety deposit boxes in the Kennett location. I had to have the contents appraised and Ann Gardner and her team went above and beyond assisting me in this process. They allowed us to use their space for 3 full days. They even accommodated us with a fan when the room got warm in the middle of August and a screwdriver to pry some items open! When you look up CUSTOMER SERVICE in the dictionary or Google, you should see Ann Gardner and the Unico Kennett branch team show up. They excel in banking and customer service. This is where you want to do business!

  Great service!! I have banked with Unico for years and will continue to do so, I use the Harrisburg branch, however I have had to have contact with the Kennett branch and I recieved the same down home service feel as if I was at my local branch.
