  I have done 2 loans with John, our original loan for our purchase and then a refinance, both using a VA loan. My wife and I shopped around and compared lenders and John provided the best rate by far. John also provided, by far, the best service and advice of any of the lenders. He was incredibly patient with us as first time home buyers and I can never express how grateful I am for that. I'd recommend John Ussery to anyone buying a house and say you don't need to shop around.

  I have been working with John for 3 years and he is always my go to person when a client needs a lender. He is honest, hard-working, always ahead of time on deadlines, and is truly considerate and helpful. His work ethic is exemplary and he responds to emails and texts almost immediately! The thing I appreciate about John the most is that I can confidently trust him to take the utmost care of my clients. I know they are in good hands and that he will do everything in his power to make the loan process as seamless as possible for them. On another note, when I purchased a new home, I didn't have to think twice about who to use as my lender...John at Alpine was the only option for me!
