      Dude, it's a bank, what do you expect? They offer free checking accounts (actually free, unlike Wells Fargo or Bank of America or Chase who require minimum balances or direct deposit for free checking and savings accounts). So why people are leaving bad reviews is beyond me. Union Bank is the best Bank I've ever had, and I'm the type of person who hates banks and keeps my money at home. But now I needed a bank for the direct deposit. So no amount of "the teller wasn't nice to me" reviews can change my mind on this...Union Bank is different, and it's for the better.

      Unfortunately, Carlos D. and 'branch manager' Ron Cerros made me uncomfortable. Carlos needs to learn truthful communication and to check his personal bias' at the front door. Above all, they must learn to separate friendship from business. Awful.

      Their hours keep changing, and they don't update their website or automated phone service. They've closed half their offices making it very difficult to run our business. Half the time we call there's no answer. I understand it's a tough year, but they need to be there for their customers. Terrible service and horrible branch.
