      My fiancé has been a client of UB for a long time. The Pennsboro location is near our house so he goes there often because it is convenient. The last few times I’ve went with him I have noticed unprofessional behavior from some the employees. Today we had the pleasure of being greeted by a new face yet the teller whom usually waits on my fiancé took it upon herself to rudely take over and start a conversation about her truck. Which she has made a point several times to do so lately. In fact she has written notes on deposit slips and sent DMs insinuating that she wants a relationship with his father. I myself was once a personal banker for a larger company and I am a firm believer that employees represent their employer and should act in a professional manner. Now because of Tiana the flirtatious teller we will no longer be doing business at that location.
