  I have been with Union Bank since 1979 and always received excellent service. Today I thought I had a problem and spoke to Rebecca. She was very kind and explained exactly what was going on and solved the issue for me. I highly recommend Union Bank for all of your banking needs.

  I closed my account with union bank … that young short girl is rude I don’t give my service to anyone who don’t know how to treat people all because I had a simple question I’m young never had anyone to guide me how to save money so I’m new to everything so if someone has a question you shouldn’t answer like they asked a dumb question that’s what customer service is for I work 3 jobs single parent of one … I be so tired I forget to eat at times and yet I when people ask me questions at work I don’t give them attitudes I will answer because MAYBE THEY REALLY DONT KNOW I’m giving you my money answer your customers questions i already had a bad/sad day and she put the icing on the cake and made me cry because I’m so sick of people who suppose to hold good customer service don’t she made me feel so uncomfortable but thanks to the lady who helped me close it she said sorry on her behalf it’s ok I wish you many many blessings

  if I could put zero I would this branch has me livid, they always cash my checks on Thursdays and today right before Christmas they want to hold up they're rules I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning its going to show that I always go in on Thursday to take care of my check they're management definitely needs customer service training they're more interested in having a school yard environment than a professional place of business with consistency when it comes to good service
