  Tellers are nice and helpful and they always have candy in bowls everywhere. The security doors people complain about here are pretty simple, you walk in to a decently spacious bulletproof glass room and let the door behind you close, then you can open the door in front of you, it's easy and secure. Only thing that's bad is the hours but it's hard to find a bank with good hours anyways.

  I have been discriminated against Union bank in Hermosa beach ! I am african-American I done Business were union bank for over 2 1/2 years . Today I go into the bank take care business I was skip in line . As I nicely spoken to the teller in my soft spoken words ! You don’t see me hear ! Of course not you don’t want help me ! Gentlemen behind me who the teller preferably want to assist starting talking to be in a very harsh way ! From there the manger comes over started yelling at me for no reason ! Today was the day I had to let him know I have been discriminated against in the pass by him several times this not right how he came behind his desk approach me closely in angry way about how the teller not wrong for not assisting me . I can’t believe he thought it was ok for this male customer to yell and scream at me for no reason when I called his racist everyone who was in the bank got upset ! I can’t believe what happen to me today ! How can you think it’s ok to talk down on someone because of there skin color ! It was very noticeable that the manger didn’t care for me ! Never friendly manger very ! I am african-American and I will stand up for my rights and I would not be discriminated because of my skin color . I have access to the bank just as well as everyone else ! I put all hate in God’s hands ! This you won’t get away with ! I literally feel sick to my stomach thinking I was going to be attack by people in the bank and the manger
