  I certainly had a great banking experience the other day while picking up a western union cash wire. My surprise came to me from the Louisiana State Lottery Winners Payout. I still cant believe that it was as easy as signing a winner gambling tax form Proof of Social Security Card and cashing my first check in the amount of $878,441.00 after giving the IRS tax man $112,000.00. I will receive another check weekly for the next 25 years or convert it to a lump sum. Just under $100 million. My cashier was so helpful. She wants to be my personal banker and go to a Mercedes dealer with me and present my letter of deposit and a cashier check for $45,000. I give Union Bank a perfect 5 review score. thank you.   ATMs frequently out of service. Unprofessional bank employees inadequately trained to conduct business. High fees for opening a checking account. Why would anyone go here?

  Today I had the most militant experience I have ever felt from the lady Manning the door. I understand we're under pandemic, but the lady has such a control trip I was so unnecessarily unpleasant. There are standards and protocols in place, of which this lady felt little need truly to prescribe to such things, instead she chose to be awful. This branch is gone from a five-star review to a one-star review, and I'm already looking to switch my banks.
