      I went in today to cash my paycheck; the check was from this bank. So you have to push a door to enter and exit the bank. The door kept getting stuck: they have some sort of metal detector, but no security guard. (What is the point of having it there?) I was the only customer there and I didn't even get greeted. The bank teller Lissete R. looked mad at the world and had an attitude the whole time. I don't know why. I gave her my drivers license and she asked me for another form of I.d. Her tone of voice was bad; she doesnt like her job. If your going to work in a job, that requires you to interact with customers on a daily basis at least TRY AND ACT happy to serve clients. ****** the parking lot was full***** There are other business in the same plaza and it took me approximately 7 mins to find a parking spot.

      The branch has been closed since March with no indication if and when they might reopen. I was a customer for 12 years and generally happy, but have left for Chase which has been a great improvement. Union Bank showed no commitment to our community and NO customer service when they closed. Very disappointing.
