I read the last review and felt that completely misrepresents this institution. I've been banking here for almost 15 years for both my personal and business accounts. I have found them to provide the highest level of customer service, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have had accounts at several of the big-name banks and could never get the level of service I get here at Union Bank. I would highly recommend Union Bank for both personal and business banking.

The manager here is rude......they promised me $50 for opening an account and never gave it to me horrible customer service don't see very many minorities in the bank.......worst bank I have dealt with
