      Upon entering the Hanford branch Unionbank we were greeted right away and called over by Teller Jeanette and she pleasantly and respectfully helped us with everything we needed in a matter of minutes. And afterwards, Veronica Holt completed our requests smoothly and with great customer care. We enjoy banking here.

      If I could I would give zero stars. The male teller is rude and very unprofessional. He gave me attitude and then told his manager I was rude. There is no reason for the employees to act the way they do. It has been a negative experience everytime I have to deal with them. If you as a bank cannot handle deposits for a business and decide to make smart remarks about a large BUSINESS deposits you should NOT be working at a bank. Clearly the managers have no idea just how HORRIBLE the employees treat the customers as they never listen and blame the customer everytime!

      Don't use this bank. They're inept and rude. They cannot give answers to valid questions and have no explanation as to why money is taken. They won't release my PAYCHECK! Bury your money in the yard.
