      Really liked this bank until they screwed me on a refi once I could no longer back out. Suddenly at the last minute - once I had already paid for fees and a home inspection - I had to pay off all my credit cards, car loan etc, something not disclosed until the last moment (and for no apparent reason - just had to liquidate investment accounts to pay). Caused a big tax hit. So... not a bank I trust. Cost me a lot of money to do business with them.
