      Omg the reviews for this Union Bank branch in San Gabriel are savage! I had to stop by a branch to transfer money between two different accounts, spent an hour online to no avail, this branch handled it in 5 minutes with no hassles. Also they don't have the dumb one person at a time anti robbery set up at the entrance like I'm used to at more urban branches, you just walk right in.

      Closed on Saturdays. Very unhelpful telephone service. Avoid Union Bank at all costs. Try Chase Bank or join a credit union.

      Ridiculous, was waiting while the only two floor representatives helped one man, he was getting a loan, guess thats why my overdraft issue was disposable like me as a customer. The one platform woman brought over an assistant manager to help, since she predicted being tied up with the loan guy longer. The assistant manager then asked me to go stand at his window and wanted to communicate with me through the window. Unacceptable, i was the only one waiting fir help, there were 3 open desks, this branch is full of cow pies, only good for the ATM since i don't deal with the incompetence.
