  There are always homeless people loitering outside and walking up to the drive through teller window while customers are trying to conduct their business. I often have to wait in line for a long time. Their operating hours are shorter than most other banks, making it difficult to get your business done if working normal business hours.

  Been trying to deal with them with some fraudulent charges that appeared on my account. I was told the 2 that were pending I couldn't. There were 2 others and I was told it would take up to 10 business days for them to investigate them. I had assumed since I flagged the 2 that were pending that they w9uodnt go through since I called them and had a claim but they were processed and approved anyway. Approximately 10 days later cjarges were reversed and I tried to phone in in regards to the other 2 and my claim #. Now all of a sudden I needed a password to speak to anyone in regards to this situation. I went into a branch and they had no idea what I was referring to and said I did not need a password. So I called back and they were no help either. I'm still left with charges that were not authorized by me that I let them know about and I'm getting the run around. Mind you the 2 other charges are from tje exact same places. You would think they wouod be able to flag any others and not allow them. I mean I did everything in my power to alert them and had them send me a new card. And I have had no help whatsoever today even going back and forth to their branch bank which is not convenient. After all this is done I will not be banking with them any further. I've Been with them over 10 yrs. Their customer service sucks
