      Wow. I can’t not believe how much this branch sucks. I thought all the other reviews were too harsh, and it couldn’t be that bad. Sooo, I opened up a checking and savings account. I got charge for checks when the guy told me it was free. When I called the branch to ask about the charge I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I called an hour later and again was told that I was going to be placed on a brief hold. And ended up being on hold for over 10 minutes again. I called their customer service number corporate, and they were just as incompetent
