      Was a good bank but not no more. Ever since i moved to Bakersfield ive had a few problems w this bank. Twice at 2 different branches take my atm card and. This time it took my money when it got jammed in the atm and no 24 hour customer service to complain and when i go in the branch later they gonna deny that machine took my money because it also didnt give me a reciept. I might close my acc[unt

      Zero stars if it was possible only because the vile creature named Nancy G. who is supposed to be opening accounts gets angry when she has to actually work for her paycheck. She is such a disturbed angry creature. She thinks it's okay to deny people of opening a bank account, even when they have all the requirements and money to open an account.
