      I ordered some cash to be exchanged for my trip and they told me to come by the office. Went to pick it up and they had sent it to the bank in AT, after making me wait there an hour. They told me to come specifically Monday morning. Went back there again to pick it up and they said they wouldn’t have it until 12… completely unprofessional and amateurish. Terrible service.

      The tellers have always been friendly, but after spending nearly 20 minutes on their automated phone service with no option to get a real person to help, I have had enough. They tried to sell multiple services without any way to opt out, the AI interface was ridiculously slow, and in the end they were unable to activate an ATM card! Ridiculous.
