      Excellent customer service! Deorie was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend the Felton branch. We needed assistance with the PPP, and I found Union Bank to be the best in terms of support for the PPP application process.

      We have been with this bank a little over a year now and are very disappointed in the customer service they provide. When we originally joined our account manager was great! Now that she is no longer there it is awful and they do their best to make any transaction as hard on you as possible. I must say I was warned about this bank up front and still attempted to do business with them which I completely regret now.
