  So Adrian Gonzalez trys to convince me to get a HELOC in June 2018 at the time I was not interested.in Oct I decide I may want to try it out. Now I have already done my research as far as my FICO score with all 3 credit agencies so I know what they will see. About 1 week after I apply I'm in the bank and Adrian calls me over to his desk to tell me why my application cant move forward. He claims I have 2 recent missed payments on my credit report from Experian with a 639 score. So in his face I pull up my Experian account ( he does not know I get monthly credit scores and reports from them) . On my report it shows I have no late payments with a score of 671, matter fact the week before that it was 666. So where does he and the underwriter get theirinformation. I have no clue, so not only do I file a dispute (which was frivolous because I didn't even see the missed payments or low score on my account). And I call the credit card company he claims posted the info. Well, the credit card company says they didn't post any late payments on my report and that my account is totally up to date . My only conclusion for the lies being told about me are that they found out I was African-American. Despite me being an RN at a prestigious hospital for over 12 years, my mortgage, car note and student loans are all up to date as well. So please beware if you are a minority UBOC in Newhall,Ca will make up a credit report on you just to deny processing your loan applications. This has been a PSA.
