  As previous reviewers have said Sarah Leone is the man!!! (or the woman!!! in this circumstance) (^_^) She was very responsive friendly - anticipated questions I was going to ask, VERY professional and upfront. Even when she was not available - she would response back in a reasonable time This mortgage would not have happened if not for her help and the staff at UNION (Ms Cameron) Thank you again. I am writing this on the weekend before I close. Even when little problems come up she would help me keep a level head I would highly recommend UNION for your mortgage needs in NC (I probably sound like an advertiser but I promise I'm not)

  Sarah is AMAZING to work with! She was patient, calm, informative, and confident during a very stressful home purchase for my wife and I. She is a superstar. Thanks Sarah!!! Unfortunately, when we called recently to ask some questions about our loan, Sarah was on personal leave (congratulations!), and we were directed to speak with one of her colleagues. My conversation with this person felt hurried and uncomfortable from the start--so much so that I eventually just hung up the phone rather than be made to feel as if I were putting this person out with my inquiry. Her tone was downright condescending. Customer service and kind communication were certainly not her strong suit. I look forward to speaking with Sarah once she returns from leave. I would encourage anyone looking for a home loan to strongly consider her as your loan officer. I can't say that I would recommend the other folks in her office though.
