  My Husband and I built a new home and was referred to contact Tim Yanes (senior loan officer) with Union Home Mortgage. Tim made applying very easy for my husband and I. Tim explained every step of the way. When we had any questions he was quick to respond and helped with any questions or concerns. As our home came to the end of the build to close up, Cheryl Haire ( New construction/Rehab) made sure to keep in contact with us to let us know what Union Home Mortgage needed prior to closing. Cheryl was absolutely wonderful with keeping us posted and replying with any updates or concerns very promptly. She is absolutely excellent with what she does. Being as excited as we were to get in our new home, I maybe pestered her a little bit and she was always so kind. She did everything possible to get our family in our dream home as quickly as possible. I would like to thank Union Home Mortgage for their excellent service they brought to us and most of all, I would like to give a big thanks to Tim Yanes and Cheryl Haire, you both made it easy on us, thank you very much.

  We had a terrible experience with this mortgage provider. In calling to solve the issue, we were routed to an individual who was unable to help. We heard nothing for weeks, then received a letter stating they would not correct their error. After being a homeowner and customer for 12 years, always paying early, it is a real disappointment. Our next home purchase will not be financed through Union. Recently they also began spamming our phones with multiple calls every day attempting to get customers to refinance.

  I have worked with Chris on several loans over the past 2 years and he is very professional and effective in making the process as easy and smooth as possible. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. I'm also very happy with their webpage and easy loan payment options.
