I work in a laboratory with chemicals so I did not have easy access to my phone during regular business hours. She worked with my schedule for discussing my financing. Additionally, she ran calculations on homes I liked; the calculations included over-asking and appraisal gap coverage with down payment that I would need to compete in this market. I gained a better understanding of my financing. She was professional with everything. She is truly great at her job! Ultimately, I went with a different company that offered me a lower rate.

I believe my loan officer has been doing everything he can, but I have been going through a 203k "simplified" refinance for home repairs for 343 days with no end in site. Every month they want something else or some piece of paperwork expires and I resubmit documents over and over and over with no end in site. I had to call and scream at the branch manager just to get movement on items that had been sitting on someones desk for months. There has now been 4 appraisals done on my house in the last 10 months because they can't manage to pull it together. Other than deaths of loved ones this has been the worst most stressful experience of my life.
