  This 61y.o. lady, living on less than $15k annually is over-the-moon beyond happy to finally own my own home. The work put in by Loree Lambert and her counter part, Jody, was mountain moving in quality! The work they put in, jumping thru every hoop USDA put in our way was heroic, to say the least. These 2 ladies were so very patient, kind, supportive and encouraging thru the entire 7 month process! They made everything seem effortless when I know it wasn't and they never gave up or let me give up. I am now the so very overjoyed and proud owner of my own little slice of heaven. God works in mysterious ways and He sends the right people, at the exact right time to move your mountains. Loree and Jody, I am forever eternally grateful for all of your hard work, determination and patience! If these ladies can move mountains for a senior, living on a low fixed income, they can certainly help anyone working under less constraints. I recommend these ladies wholeheartedly! Thank you ladies!

  Mitchell and his team were a pleasure to work with! After our initial conversation with Mitchell we were impressed by the knowledge and experience!! We then talked to Lynn and Shawn and we were confident in their knowledge and level of support.
