      Don't waste your time with this incompetent business. I have excellent credit and attempted to obtain a pre-approval letter from them to buy a home I loved. One week later, no letter, no home and can't even get a response from the branch manager. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report and nothing to show for it. Stay Away!
