      DO NOT GO HERE! John Gates and his team messed up my financing all the way through to closing and still didn't get their math correct. I pointed out their total wrong,which they double checked and promised it was correct. IT WASNT. They overcharged me exactly waht I suggested they did and I got a refund several weeks after closing. Now I found out that they never submitted my MCC tax credit which cannot be fixed and takes money out of my pocket.
