      If USB hadn't given us a good mortgage rate we'd never have stuck with them. They are by far the most unorganized and disrespectful bank I've ever dealt with. It took us 4 months to refi with them and we were already with them! They had all the info. They constantly recalculate my escrow higher.

      I choose USB based on the reviews. I went through the 800 number and didn't not go local. My loan was poorly handled by the loan officer, the manager when it was escalated, and by the escrow department when things still were not addressed. Outside of the poor service, they failed to pay my insurance and my policy was cancelled. I didn't not find out about this until I recently had a claim but this was the escrow issue that was to have been addressed by their escrow department. If you decided to use them, I would go local since and have a personal contact.
