      I along with two of my friends have gone through Union Savings Bank for mortgages and we've all been very happy with the services. Although the technology is a little behind some of the other banks, you can't beat the closing costs and customer service. Closing costs are WAY below industry average and our loan officer Mark Hamas went through and explained everything to us.

      Union Savings is the worst lender in regards to meeting deadlines. 92% of the time there's a closing date extension. Mark Hamad was horrible to work with. He started out only answer 1 out of 3 emails that I sent to him asking questions, but eventually he stopped answering altogether.

      I have worked with Mark Hamad many times through the years on financing and refinancing my homes, and he has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient with my time. The financials on each of the deals he has worked for me have been quite attractive. I highly recommend him.
