      Do not recommend , my son had Covid which caused me to miss out on work for two weeks along with just having a baby I had some over draft fees. They offered to only take care of one 30 dollar fee in this time of struggle for a lot of people. So I called a sister branch and she offered to wave them all but since my account is through franklin and Patty has to make the final call where I opened my account and she said no. Patty is a terrible person and I will be changing banks ASAP!! Just sad to see banks loving to make money off people who are struggling.
