  I have had nothing but trouble with my account at this bank I have had charges multiple times on my account that were not made by myself getting money credited to my account for these charges are a huge hassle this is not how banking is suppose to work...plus u can't close account because then they will not credit any of your money back to you because they tell me it has to b credited to the account the money was taken from ...who wants to keep a account open if it keeps getting ripped off going on for two wks now and it is still not straighed out yet ridiculous and now my debit card does not work bottom line I have a account with this bank I cannot use unless I go there in person to get money out but other people seem to b able to take money out of my account just fine this is a checking account just to pay my Bill's on line which I havent been able to do in 2 wk now Bill's r past due now and I have a total of three days off work now trying to get it all straighted out

  A nice small Bank located in downtown Mount Morris easy access great staff and they also have a wall of pictures of soldiers from our area that are serving and have served or that we have lost a nice thought
