Inconsistent answers from the construction loan team very unprofessional. You get either inexperience or jaded opinions from Pat who stated he had 40 years of experience and that he personally averages $40 Million a year in construction loans. Sadly, all he could talk about is everyone moving in from other states, CA, OR, WA and that there will be another recession, so I asked "is building a bad idea right now?" Replied "that's up to you", just after telling me it's a bad idea to build outside a subdivision on my private undeveloped land that actually have county water and sewer hookups. In conclusion, very unprofessional, they all need coaching opportunities so the good name of Unison Bank doesn't get blemished any further. Retirement would be a good option for Pat.
