  I been dealing with this credit union over 15yrs. Best place to bank in Little Rock Arkansas. The staff are awesome & patient they goes far and beyond the call of duty.

  Customer service will only give your wrong information if you call them. I called for a payoff amount and received several different amounts. Then a letter of guarantee was send to my insurance which I negotiated the mount so that my camper would be paid off then united federal credit union Says o sorry we thought they as for somewhere amount not the pay off amount you still owe 1700.00 called customer service they said sorry can't help you. 😐 my insurance agent also called two times and received different amount and sorry one rep thought you said two day pay off not 10. This is after they placed my payment in the wrong account several time and I would get calls I was late but they require you to have a savings account which I ask them to close multiple time they said no I said my payment is going in the wrong account close the saving account that way you can't out it in the wrong account which they refused to do cost me late fees but the money was being taken out on time. Horrible customer service!!!!! Dont trust the numbers they give you! Never do business with this bank!!!

  We are sorry to hear about your frustration. No one here has any memory of any these things, and we can't find any of this information in our system. Could it be possible that you were dealing with another Credit Union and not United Arkansas Credit Union?

  This is the only credit union I have access to in Little Rock and I absolutely hate it every time. The tellers don't have any sense of customer service, I have to be the one to speak because they are in such deep conversation about nothing that they fail to acknowledge you. When they are doing your transaction they will continue conversation amongst themselves. Definitely 1 🌟 👎🏾
