Always prompt, friendly, and patient with concerns and questions. He provided great communication and was readily available by email or phone prompt responses. We worked with Sandra to purchase our first home. She’s great. Now that we went to purchase our second home and sell our first we discovered that she has an assistant named Gloria. Gloria is by far the worst person I’ve worked with in a professional setting. She is rude and clearly doesn’t read information that is given to her, as she stated at least twice through our process that we had failed to send information that had been sent once or twice before. She does not apologize for her errors and speaks to everyone as if they are of lesser value than her.
