      I've called multiple times and made my grandfathers loan payment without a problem . Today the lady I spoke with said " I'll do it for you this time , but I can't anymore . You could be an old wife / girlfriend . " Then proceeds to take the money out of his checking account to make the payment WITHOUT asking me how I would like to make the payment ( I was paying with my debit card like always ) . She did not attempt to fix her mistake . Told me there was nothing she could do and that I was not allowed to pay with my card .
