      We got our construction loan with United Bank and it was the smoothest process ever. My wife and I are both self employed, and i couldn't recommend this bank anymore. Please ask for Cora Shackelford... you won't find a more professional, pleasant person in the world to help you with a construction loan!

      Why can't all banks and businesses have customer service like United Bank? I chose United Bank because the bankers at every branch are always friendly and genuine. They LISTENED to what I said and actually held a conversation with me - not just obligatory nods. In a desert of impersonal corporate banks, United Bank is the oasis. Top-notch!

      United Bank as a whole has always been a pleasure to work with but the Williamson branch always has great customer service and have always went above and beyond to assure that my experience was pleasant. It would be nice to see smiling faces again instead of masks.
