      I normally don’t write negative posts about an organization, but I think it’s important to share my experience with this bank and the personnel. I submitted an application for an SBA loan. I was lied to for three months by the SBA loan office who stated that my loan was moving and getting the necessary approvals required for funding. Months later, I learned that the bank had zero intentions on approving my loan. I honestly felt as an African American/Veteran small business owner I was completely discriminated against. The Managment showed no sensitivity to the loss of funds I incurred as result of lies and poor advisement by their contract officer. This is not a knock against the bank, I’m sure there are great people that work there. However, the loan officer and Managment must do better!
