      I have been banking here since 1979. Have never thought of banking with another bank. Never has a problem With them. They have always been polite and friendly with me. My first loan was 1979 for a car and it went smoothly. So far I have really enjoy banking there. Thank you united bank.

      Some of this managers at st james ave springfield ma and other employees at the same branch and others branches like west springfield.on elm st are very rude. I think they dont like hispanics. You ask a question and they answer with attitude. If you ask for a public notary for anything they never cant do it. I have a perfect credit they always denied me. While i get approved with other banks. I will for sure terminated business with them.

      I've been banking here for about 8 years now and I really don't have any complaints at all. I may be partial due to being grandfathered into their free for life program but really it's more than that. Banking on the app is easy, you don't get nickled and dimed for every little thing and I've never thought of switching to anyone else. Even had one of their fine notaries notarize my DBA before opening my business account with them. I would recommend them to anyone.
