      I've been banking at this branch for over 10 years and they've always been courteous and competent. While everyone's needs are different and I don't interact with them a whole lot, when I do visit, the employees are friendly and efficient.

      Horrible customer service!!! Fees is the name of their game!!! Unpleasant experience. If you have an issue their HQ wont help. Only the branch where you open the account Will talk to you and then send you to a manager!!!! Good luck trying to talk to a manager!! Im still waiting for a call back. Don't waste your time and money. Go to a big bank and avoid headaches!!!!!!

      They charged me fee after fee because they couldn't deliver monthly statements until the account had nothing left. Then they closed it. All without telling me. Representatives and managers refused to do anything about it when I told them this was a problem. I thought I was doing my community a favor by bringing my business here instead of going with a big bank, but I guess no good deed goes unpunished. Next time I'll go with Capital One or B of A.
