      The branch manager May is very helpful she goes out of her way to help her customers very professional and good customer service

      Bad bank, fee's for everything, even cash backs, their customer services numbers transfers you around a lot and when you finally get a rep they tell you one thing and than your branch tells you another. You ask the manager to call you back and never does. Only a handful of the bank staff are helpful and kind.

      My only interaction with the staff has been with the drive through teller. I try to avoid this branch because this teller is so rude.
