      I love united bank! I personally got it because they support WVU and they have united bank ATMs all throughout the stadium. So far it's been great, they're very nice!

      The old scrawny lady with glasses at the drive thru window is so unprofessional and rude. In the process of taking my accounts elsewhere. Messed up my deposit then tried to get hateful when we tried to explain to her how to do HER job. We drove off and opened a account with Ohio valley where we greeted appropriately. Don’t like your job, find a new one. ☺️

      We have never had an issue with our bank, and when we have had other issues with companies United bank has went above and beyond any request we could make to resolve our issue. The manager, Tara, has went so far as to actually meet us at an establishment to resolve and payment dispute (we were double charged). We feel we would never get this type of treatment at a bigger, national brand. Our money is with United to stay.
