      we moved from out of state. And opened up an account in Martinsburg .this is where we were going to live. However things didn't work out and we're living in Hagerstown. So we went to the Hagerstown Branch. We were advised when we opened up our account if the direct deposit did not come in in time and there was a fee please come in they would waive it. Well they overlapped. So we went in to get the fee waived. the customer service person said they had to contact Tyler who was in another office in the same building. Tyler never had the courtesy to come out said that if we wanted it wave we would have to go to that branch. That branch is 30 miles each direction. We don't live there. So we changed our for direct deposits from their branch and closed our account because of his rudeness and unwillingness to help a customer
