      This bank is straight horrible. From the way they treat you at the door, to their inability to function online. Opened it because I was trying trying make it easier to pay my landlord and they can't even transfer money in their own bank correctly. If I could zero star united I would, they lie, they're lazy, and since they've actively trapped almost 2000 dollars of mine for an exorbitant amount of time, ill call them thieves as well

      This is my companies bank, I called the branch manager today to transfer money from my business money market into my business checking to meet payroll and the “branch manager” said he couldn’t do it. Then said he would do it in 30 min and would call me back once it was done. He never called me back. When I tried calling him the phone never picked up. This branch manager must be fired. He lost a 10 million dollar customer today because of his lack of business service. I’m moving away from United Bank because they cannot support my business needs. This branch manager lacks the ability to represent a professional business banking institution. I will absolutely share my concerns with other business owners working in the Northern Virginia area.
