  For those who aren’t aware of what a outstanding human being is, let alone manager you must have never met Mr Jimmy Conroy of the United bank of manassas. Today is Saturday 12-23-17 and AMAZON PRIME just tried to screw me over. I didn’t know what to do. So I went to good ol’ Mr Jimmy. He immediately handled it, talked to me as a friend, and gave me some advice. Talk about customer service? This gentleman’s work ethics need to be recognized. Outstanding, simply outstanding.

  Pretentious establishment, the VP Shawn White seems to think they are owed something more. I haven't dealt with unprofessionals like this since dealing with a local Bank Of America branch that went out of business for the precise reason outlined above, a lack of customer service and awareness. However, a loan agent by the name of Gwendolyn was very helpful and went above and beyond to attempt to rectify the situation. I wish I could go more into detail but will leave it at this, Do not expect to be treated like anything other than a number. The VP essentially told me to "pay the loan and F-off"

  I can't say enough about this bank. They are friendly, you are not just a number, and they are genuinely interested in you as a person. I have been working with this bank for about 8 years and though we have had concerns in the beginning - we have always worked with together to remedy all issue that came up.
