      The employees at United Bank remember and greet you by name. You receive a welcome gift when you open an account and are encouraged (and asked) to refer other friends to the bank. The ATM was recently upgraded and provides instruction in English and Spanish. I liked the people and convenient location but wasn't happy that each Debit transaction cost $0.25.

      I had fraud on my account. I was told to say yes that i made the transaction then it could be disputed after the transaction cleared. This bank did nothing to protect my money and left me to my own devices to try and get my money. I got ripped off. Thank you United Bank for NOT carring for you customers. I even got a receipt showing what was suppose to be charged and was charged 3x's the amount
