Do not use United for a Business Account. I had a business account with United Bank. I was out of state, and my cell phone had no signal. When I tried to login to my business account to do important business, it would not let me without sending a passcode to my phone only (no option for email). There fore I could not do my business while traveling out of state. I highly recommend NOT using them. It was very inconvenient to have to travel an hour and a half to look at my online account. NO customer service representative would help me at all. They refused.
