      Horrible service. DON'T LEAVE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE! I tried to walk in and could not see the note on the door stating that if you wanted to go in you would have to call a number. I called the number and they said that there were no appointments available, yet there was no one inside, and they were only accepting people through the drive-thru. I went through the drive-thru and no one in the bank was able to close out my account. I severely dislike this bank and always have!

      Horrible experience. I emailed these people the night before with my paperwork and they told me it was fine. Then I get there and maria erazos Has issues with my perfectly valid lease and cannot even identify me as the tenant on the lease. They changed the rules and requirements of the account I needed to open right there in front of my face. Terrible experience in what has already been a terrible time.
