I have always had a great reception when I walk in to do a deposit etc... Very nice, short, or no lines. Ive not done more complex deals with them, but as a simple depositor, its been great. Four stars only because I haven't had the breadth of experience of some others here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never seen a bank’s customer service, lack of communication, business consumer relationships go downhill like this bank the past few years as they have acquired other local banks. Their support for local businesses is terrible. Nothing like Valley Community Bank who they acquired.

Our Company spent months working out details to move our banking business to UBB and in the 11th hour they casually told us that they somehow cannot set us up as our business bank. No discussion or reasons. There was an empty promise to follow up with us, but that evaporated and never happened. What a waste of time and resources. Classic Big Bank BS. I wouldn't bank with them if they begged us,,, because we are looking for a banking partner who cares about their clients and does everything they can to promote our business and support us as a local small business. Be careful when considering them for your banking needs
