      If I could give this establishment a negative 100, I would. If you want to be frustrated every time you deal with these people, than by all means, sign right up. The tellers are horrible! The service is BEYOND HORRIBLE! The online banking platform is HORRIBLE! and as petty as it sounds, the physical appearance of all of the associates at the Rio Communities branch is unprofessional and totally reflects the overall experience of this Bank. RUN, don't walk away from this place. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!

      I'm kind of disappointed in the new $1000 min in a checking account to avoid $8 monthly maintenance fee. I was about to switch my elderly mother on a fixed income over from another bank. now I understand why its called United "Business " Bank. No longer does it project customer service in a small town, to the average working Joe...😒
