  Went in this store this morning. The lady working the window was so kind and helpful. I went in there to cash my check but because it was older than 2 weeks so she wasn’t able to cash it, but pointed me in the right direction since it was my first time cashing a check. Now that I know not to hold a check I will be back.

  worst experience ever that lady at the window is rude n soooo unprofessional she’s clearly miserable she needs to retire or find a new profession !!!!

  Stiffed me on $30.84 for a fee on a money order. The cashier told me to accept the transaction for the money order and she would cancel it. After accepting and paying the large sum. The cashier told me that the machine will not let her change the transaction and she explained the situation like she knew whatbwas going on. I would not recommend a place that outright lies to the consumer to get money from them.

  Sorry to hear that. I am sure that there was some kind of miscommunication. You are always informed of the fee associated with any transaction. You have the choice to accept or reject the transaction right on the pin pad.
