  I have been with United Community Bank for 19 years. I have both Business and personal accounts. These people have gone out of their way to be helpful. Nicest group around. I would not think of banking anywhere else ! I don't recommend Business's lightly, but I have done so on more than 1 occasion. Larry P

  Not a customer here but the manager is a jerk. There are parking spaces beside the bank for the Publix. I was parked here and I was told I needed to move because I was blocking the drive thru. There is plenty of room between these spaces and the bank drive thru.

  I wanted to give one star but I thought about it for a little while.. I’ve had a account with this bank for a few years now and I like the small community bank feeling. Of course everyone loves the building, and for the most part the staff was good. Until I went in today. Sara was pretty rude and it was obvious she didn’t care about my concerns or keeping my business. In today’s world it’s all about customer service. Making sure people are happy and taken care of. It’s free to put on a smile everyday and be positive. And when someone goes to your business, the minimum expectation should be friendly great service, because if you did not have customers going to your business, you would not have a job or a business. So I gave 3 stars because the staff in the past has been middle of the road and today Kerry was helpful and kind. But the other service I received made me want to give 1 star.
