I love all of the ladies at this branch. As corny as it sounds, they treat you like family. Never once left there without a smile. If not a chuckle.

Received half a $20 bill from THEIR ATM, they had me stand outside for 20 minutes as they serviced everyone around me. They told me they couldn’t replace it and I’d have to have my bank replace it. I told them I wanted it in writing because nobody would ever believe that on a bill with half a serial number. The lady smiled as if she enjoyed that I was upset, I said thank you rather sarcastically because they were rude the entire time, as I’m still trying to open the container she says “take OUR $20 lady and have a great day” as if insinuating that I had gotten money I wasn’t entitled to. How hard is it to check cameras before suggesting I was just trying to get money off of them? I recorded this whole interaction and I’ll be contacting corporate with the video.
